Executive Director

Lisa Johnson is the Founder and Executive Director of Entrusted Houston, a nonprofit serving children and families in crisis. Since launching the ministry in 2009, she has helped expand its impact across Houston by providing resources and support to families connected to CPS. A mother of seven, including four through foster care, Lisa brings both personal experience and deep compassion to her work.

Director of Operations

Connie Kelpen serves as Director of Operations for Entrusted Houston. After volunteering with the organization, she joined full-time in 2020 and now helps lead daily operations with a strong heart for service. With a background in database management and a passion for supporting vulnerable children and families, Connie brings both compassion and organization to her work each day.

Director of Development

Tammie Jeffers serves with Entrusted Houston, where she helps build relationships and strengthen the organization’s impact. She previously spent eight years as Development Director at The Mission of Yahweh and brings more than 20 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, and business ownership. Tammie has lived in Texas for 22 years and has a deep heart for ministry and serving others.
